C. Payment information — payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Pekiboo may receive limited payment-related information such as payment status, card type, billing name, billing address and the last digits of a payment card. Pekiboo does not receive or retain complete payment-card numbers when payment is processed directly by a payment provider.
D. Account information — account credentials, saved addresses, order history and preferences.
E. Communications — the content and metadata of communications you send to us through email, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, telephone, contact forms, social media or customer-support channels.

When you affirmatively opt in, Pekiboo may send recurring automated or non-automated SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include promotions, product announcements, discount offers, abandoned-cart reminders, events, order updates and customer-service communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6. WHATSAPP COMMUNICATIONS
When you contact Pekiboo through WhatsApp or consent to WhatsApp communications, we may use your telephone number, profile information made available through WhatsApp and the content of your conversation to respond to inquiries, provide product information, coordinate orders, delivery or pickup, provide customer support, send transaction-related messages, and send marketing messages when you have provided the required consent.
WhatsApp independently processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. Pekiboo does not control WhatsApp's independent collection or processing of information. You may stop promotional WhatsApp communications at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL, or by sending another clear request.
7. MOBILE INFORMATION AND SMS CONSENT DATA
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This restriction includes mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent records and opt-in information.
Text-message originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Information may be disclosed to vendors and service providers that assist Pekiboo in delivering its messaging program, such as telecommunications providers, messaging platforms, customer-service providers and technology vendors. These parties may use the information only to perform services for Pekiboo or as otherwise required by law.
8. EMAIL MARKETING
When you subscribe to Pekiboo's email program, we may send promotional emails concerning new products, collections, discounts, special events, product recommendations, abandoned-cart reminders and other Pekiboo news.
How we collect email addresses. We only email addresses we collect directly from you (first-party), through: the newsletter sign-up form on pekiboo.com; the subscription offer shown when you visit our site; the checkout process of our online store, where you may opt in to marketing communications; and in person at our boutique. We never purchase, rent, or import third-party email lists, and we do not send email on behalf of other companies.
Consent. Marketing emails are sent only to recipients who have given prior consent. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.
Unsubscribing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in its footer, along with our physical mailing address and a link to this Privacy Policy. You may also unsubscribe by emailing info@pekiboo.com. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and, in all cases, within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We keep a suppression record so unsubscribed addresses are not emailed again.
Email service provider. Marketing and transactional email is delivered through Twilio SendGrid, which processes your email address solely to deliver our messages.

We may disclose personal information to: commerce and website providers that host or operate our online store and related technology; payment providers, banks and fraud-prevention providers involved in processing a transaction; shipping, courier and fulfillment providers; communication providers (email, SMS/MMS, WhatsApp-related and customer-service platforms); analytics and advertising providers, subject to applicable law; professional advisers (accountants, lawyers, insurers, auditors); government and legal authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or enforce our agreements; and successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose mobile information, SMS opt-in information or text-message consent records to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
